My Full Story
Hi there, I’m Suzy Escobar, an Online business strategist, Digital marketing consultant, community builder, and expat mentor based in the Netherlands. As a passionate traveler and entrepreneur, I’m dedicated to building a remote business that allows me to work and live on my own terms.
With more than two decades of experience in sales management at international companies like Mondelez, Kraft, and Pfizer, I thought I had found my dream job. However, I quickly realized that the traditional corporate environment wasn’t fulfilling my desire for freedom and flexibility.
Driven by my love for learning and exploring new cultures, I moved to Europe to pursue a master’s degree abroad. I hold a double bachelor’s degree in marketing and advertising, a specialization in marketing management, and an MSc in Business Economics with a major in digital marketing (Cum Laude). Recently, I was certified as a Growth Marketer. I am committed to staying up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in my field, such as artificial intelligence.
Inspired by my entrepreneurial spirit and love for travel, I founded a digital marketing remote business that focuses on creating and growing entrepreneurs’ online presence. By creating a career that allows me to integrate my passions, I’ve found a level of fulfillment and joy that I never thought possible.
I’m passionate about sharing my journey and helping others achieve the same level of freedom and success in their own lives. Drawing on my extensive experience in sales and digital marketing, I now work as a consultant and mentor. Helping individuals and businesses across the world to succeed in today’s ever-changing digital world.
I am also de Co-founder of the Expat Women NL community, a space where women expats can connect, share their experiences, and support each other, both personally and professionally. Moving abroad comes with so many challenges—loneliness, cultural adjustments, career shifts—and I wanted to build a community that provides real support for navigating it all. This group is a safe and encouraging place for women to form meaningful connections, grow their networks, and discover opportunities that help them thrive
